What's that on the left of the shooter. It doesn't seem to be a simulated gun fire exeeexer, there are shell casings and links on the mat. If its just a monitor to view shots on target , why does it have a keyboard?

That shows where your point of impact is in real time. We didnt have those even two years ago - very new but has quickly become standard across IN, IA, IAF. Good thing too - shows that we are taking marksmanship seriously.
