There has been too much analysis on the subject of why Pakistan is such a screwed-up country.

But there is one aspect of this equation that people dont want to talk about - And that is the simple fact that almost every major Islamic country in the world is a major screwed mess. Even countries that are wealthy are still denying the most fundamental human rights to its people and if you are a minority in any of these countries you can kiss your ass goodbye.

There is not a single truly progressive Islamic country in the world. Even the few examples of moderate success like Turkey and Malaysia are not typical in that they is a strong non-Muslim community in Malaysia that played a major role in its development, and in the case of Turkey....a military that was very secular and kept the religious nuts at bay till now.

The simple fact of the matter is that there is nothing particularly unique about Pakistan - it is just another "line item" in a laundry list of screwed-up backward, intolerant, abusive, highly corrupt, oppressive Muslim countries.

The irony of all this is that some of the most fortunate Muslims are those that live in non-Muslim countries.

Pakistan won't be getting far
Even Qatar's economy is going to beat theirs by 2025.

All this they babble about the "Struggle of Pakistan" shows clearly. They only thing their leaders have struggled for is campaigning for elections (Zardari-$2 billion), and some for pride and to satisfy their egos. (Jinnah).

How much sense does it make and what USE is there for a Pakistan when their people are struggling?
The whole reason for Pakistan is because "the muslims" weren't getting fair treatment in India, and Pakistan would give them equal opportunities to succeed and become a better state than India .

Looks like they were wrong. Pakistan fails. India will prevail!
