A day before someone replied on one of my post that the Talibs in Qatar have no influence over the Talibs on the ground, then how can Qatar excercise control over AFG? first we have to sort out if they have control over them or not.

I wholeheartedly agree, except I'm pretty sure Ghani would actually prefer to die rather than escape, judging by his actions and statements. Like Najibullah before him.
