Taliban pioneering new roohani combat doctrines.

But on a serious note, they are suicidal and have new weapons that could last them for some time. Expect them to become a potential partner to the US intelligence for screwing around with Iran. This whole Iran-Taliban skirmish on the border could be escalated by the US who might supply them with more secret weapons without anyone's knowledge through the CIA in the coming days.

Think about it, the Iranian nuclear deal has fallen flat and the Americans have abandoned all pretense of negotiations, now literally ordering the Iranians to stop and just asking their European sidekicks to continue the pretend negotiations. Chances are that Iran will just walk away and start enrichment again. This means alarm bells in Israel.

To prevent an overt Israeli-Iranian war and causing WW3, the CIA will happily supply them more weapons to needle the Iranians using the shia-sunni divide.

I stated Taliban using Pakistan as it strategic depth in August here at DFI.

With Taliban at helm India will work out some rapprochement on transactional bases. With previous government we had similar arrangement but with the warmth quotient quite high.

Taliban is using porous Pakistani territories as its strategic depth for more than a decade now and has extended Afghanistan's border into Pakistan. Pakistan can say the same thing now but the good news is those territories are almost run over and only add limited returns but high risk internal security challenges to Pakitan’s main metropolitan centres (if they have any).

This particular symbiotic relationship is very hard to beat and our interests will be compromised in Afghanistan now.

Ironically if the Taliban becomes independent of Pakistani influence and be able to exercise more sovereignty then we may be able to exercise more bilateral transactions. But the risk will always remain of it having no critical strategic components but very generic trade and HR inputs.

Don't think this should be taken as taliban turning against pak, rather this is how taliban initiates a negotiation. taliban did the same with americans as well, VBIEDs were exploding all over afghanistan before and while murican negotiations were going on.

Just In: Afghanistan's Taliban run Defence ministry officially announces it will actively stop Pakistan Army from fencing the disputed Durand line. Panic in GHQ.

This probably is the right angle to view the latest SMQ's saarc related rant.
legitimacy to taliban govt.
=========
A Saarc summit first needs to decide on who will represent Afghanistan at official level. Unlikely that any saarc country (other than pak) will be comfortable with Taliban, which hasn't been recognised by anyone. Last yr Saarc FMs meet in NY got cancelled as pak pushed for Talibs.

Alhamdulilah
Indeed the most merciful god has ordered us to live such a life☝☝
To live a life where in governance is made by self anointed emirs who would have right over your life as per their own whims.
The most funny part is the loonies in India or Europe who stay here and aspire to impose this cult on all of us. Bloody hypocrites
