USA is not going to do anything about Pakistan, at least not in the recent future. A lot of people in the posts above have mentioned that anti-Pakistan sentiment has never been higher in the US. However, Biden's ass has been set on fire after the Afghanistan debacle. I do not see this government willingly enter into any major geopolitical moves for a bit.
On the slim chance that US does, let them have at it. India doesn't really need to ride on Uncle Sam's back to deal with Pakistan.

The cold reality is that the US will always need Paxtan especially when they are looking at Afghanistan. With its geolocation, Paxtan is the only friendly country for the US. Other countries are Iran, China, and alot of Russian istan states.
