There is a clear difference btw what Taliban say and do. They portray themselves as having changed vis-à-vis Afghan women but in reality, they continue to beat women in public. Hold Taliban accountable for what they do, not what they say.

Doesn't matter. The fights in twitter between us armchair jenrails matter zilch where the actual fight is going on.

At the end, it isn't India's fight. Even if Talibs manage to send some fidaeens to Kashmir in this age and day where our borders in west are tightly monitored by satellites, high tech security cameras and other stuff to kill pigs, a few hundred dead pigs won't matter to India. Whether it is Lahori ass or Kabuli ass, the singed meat smells the same.

However, it will give India excuses to punish Porkis now and again, that would do a good lot of good for domestic issues though. The jehadi pigs will start dancing, but as it is now, they will continue to expose themselves.

Like it or not, we live in a democracy where optics matter most. Taliban Plan for resumption of higher education” Subject: declaration of restarting of higher education courses according to Islamic condition. It is to inform all the private universities and higher education institutions to restart the university lectures according to

the following rules. To be mentioned this is the plan through which male and female students will be separated.

1: all female students, teachers and staff have to put on Islamic hijab (the color of this hijab should be black and the staff should prepare that from the market for them, the sample is attached here)

: all the private universities are obliged to separate the entrance gates for females as per followings.

A. If the institution has enough facilities they should prepare a separate building for female students, if no the timing of educational hours 1: all female students, teachers and staff have to put on Islamic hijab (the color of this hijab should be black and the staff should

prepare that from the market for them, the sample is attached here). 2: all the private universities are obliged to separate the entrance gates for females as per followings. should be separated for female and male.

B. All the coeducation classes where there is more than 15 girls should be separated from boys. C. The coeducation classes where the female students are less than 15 in numbers, a partition or curtain should be placed between males and females.

D. The directors of the departments and the principles of the faculties are obliged to obey the following rules for the movements of female students:

(1) all the female students should go to the waiting room before the lectures starts. (2) 5 minutes prior to the beginning of lectures the females should go to class and to be seated in the specific areas; and at the end of the session females should leave the class 5 minutes

Prior to the males where they should reach their transport vehicles or may go the waiting room. (3) all the universities are obliged to prepare separated places for females including mosques and waiting areas.

(4). In the future separated classes should be designed for males and females. (5). Universities are obliged to prepare a regular transportation mean for those females who have no private cars. In this transportation vehicles there should be a curtain between the driver and the girls .
