Taliban ll have to make concessions in order to run a state in course of time .. Most of the qualified people have left Afghanistan . world has changed and running a state requires a lot of complexities .. Educated people studying in India , iran , Turkey or gulf countries looking for other opportunities and ll never return ... If Taliban goes back to 1990s it ll have to be a bitch of Pakistan for all shorts of expertise .. Even to establish a functioning modern university it requires a decade of effort which is now in ruin ..
