I think India has pretty much given up on Amrullah and his boys.. Brave Amrullah is, but not even putting up a token fight before giving up Kabul, shows grave incompetence..
The Northern alliance as it exists in Panjshir, are a pale shadow of the Northern alliance before the US invasion in 2001, when they controlled 10 percent of the country.. Ultimately everyone fights for himself.. Atta Noor and Amrullah Saleh, for all their bombast on twitter, would know that they are in no position to take back major cities in Afghanistan. Probably they are just fighting for an autonomous Panjshir, or a share in the Kabul pie, failing which they would plan to hold out, until another major power decides to sponsor them in a big way..
India did good in establishing official contact with the Taliban. Would atleast help with the safety of the Indians left behind in Afghanistan..
Taliban cannot hold Indians as hostage, they think they are not in a position to do it.

Taliban themselves came to India for talks. India never abandons its allies and friendship. In a month or so when the winter sets in, Panjshir will be become even better fortress, for the Taliban. Reason why they are desperate to attack now.

I think India is doing the right thing to open all channels and supporting Northern Alliance. Taliban Govt. as the situation presents now will be subjected to rough ride. I feel Pakistan will loose most of the leverage on Taliban, I guess based on the things happening in Af-Pak region.

I honestly think we care way too much about what is going on over there. All that matters is if they will attack Pak or support TTP covertly, or possibly help BLA just to make it easier. If they are, we can work with them. If not whatever. Some anti-Kashmir groups like LeT and JeM might attack kashmir but they were going to do that anyway.

It is the Taliban who came to India for talks in this case. Historically speaking what ever happens in and around Kabul do have consequences in India.

As long as US/NATO is most afraid of Paki nukes falling into Taliban or whoever's hands, or nuclear war breaking out between India and Pak. This problem will never be solved. They will neither hold them accountable, nor allow India to hold them accountable. Their strategy is to pressure India to be the adult in the room and forgive everything they do in Kashmir or Khalistan or Northeast or 26/11 etc, be willing to give up our own nukes, accept the LOC as the official border and then maybe even grant Kashmir independence or give it to Pakistan, JUST so that maybe Porks will feel secure enough to give up their nukes, and will maybe stop supporting Momin terrorist organizations.

Until this happens, they will allow Porkies to blackmail them with their own instability threatening Nukes to fall into Jihadi hands, even when their own troops were dying and their own taxpayers are wasting money as a result. This is why mainstream media outlets are not even talking about Pakistan.

I know it does but there isn't much we can do really. If Talibs are business minded, they will tamper down on allowing LeT/JeM leaders to hide in Afghanistan and ask India to complete development projects. Otherwise they won't. Beyond that, and the anti-Pak stuff i mentioned earlier, it's pretty one dimensional. I personally still prefer supporting the NA, as they will be far more anti-pak, but not sure.

This is why I keep on saying we have to ignore the US/NATO and do our own thing. If they can't even ass-fuck Pak to win the war in Afghanistan, what use are they? To lecture us about feminism and equal rights for Muslims? We need to invade POK/GB and ignore the international outcry. Russia will probably veto the UN sanctions if US is leading them. If Bakistan wants to launch nukes in response, we'll eliminate their existence. To hell with the fallout rising and blocking out the sun and ruining California's agriculture. That is the US's problem

Does anyone believe porkistan has made too many enemies in betraying US and aiding Taliban
First enemy US for betraying them then UK who are calling for stoppage of aid
Russians hate Pakistan BCS it foils Thier plans for central Asia

Only china seems to somewhat like them but how can they be happy when these extremists are living close by
Does anyone think Pakistan has too many enemies due to this betrayal now your thoughts members?

Why does this stutterer Biden keeps repeating "Trump had promised to exit by May 1"? What does he tries to prove by making such statement?
Because in the deal Trump did with the Taliban, the Taliban agreed not to target US servicemen up to May 1.
