Actually we should not be surprised with these developments in Afghanistan. USA has a long history of getting in bed with these radicals and they actually enjoy it. Saudi Arabia was also an ultraconservative islamic state when USA established ties with it (because Oil) and now Saudi Arabia has become...welll....lets say less radical.

This meme is a Golden opportunity for the likes of TFI Global, etc to introduce "Joe Tzu Biden" in the lexicon of the American RW. This makes fun of Biden and Chinese Sun Tzu at the same time. Reduces soft power of both simultaneously. Good for us, it also immortalizes this American defeat (betrayal) that they are trying so hard to whitewash.
