I doubt this spitfire guy is white bong, might just Be a puki.
TBH I find Chinese wumao trools much more bearable, sometimes even entertaining. This supposed angrez gentle man's constant moralistic bitching is the worst form of emotional hatyachar you can inflict your self on the interwebs - I have now simple blocked this user.

or this is what the US wanted.
good and bad terrorists fighting each other.
US is well known to fund both sides of the war
If that is an unforeseen consequence, great! But highly doubt anyone in the government or the military has such foresight nowadays.

The issue is not whether their interpretation is according to alkitab or not. The issue is that the lay mooslame is not even authorised to do any interpretation different from that done by the ‘ulema’, or the high level inbreds that is clerics. That is essence of taqlid.

So your argument @Spitfire9 of "tiny lunatic fringe mooslames" doesnt hold water.
Beyond my knowledge.

Taliban not able to use as these required support and engineering. Only problem is may go in wrong hand.
china would be able to reverse engineer lots of these.
Well another PR nightmare for MIC of USA to convince the buyers/clients.
Imagine nations buying American equipments to have an edge over others and then terrorists getting these weapons for free selling it to enemy nations to reverse engineer it!!

Pathetic how MIC lost its credibility in the stupidity of biden.

When Kabul fell, armed units entered HQ of National directorate of security and Ministry of communications and got their hands on secret files. Now it emerges that these men didn't speak any Afghan languages and may not be Taliban. It is possible that they are ISI. If true then it could be a bonanza for Pakis as the secret files reportedly contains payroll data and list of informers. It is well known that NDS has very effective ops inside Pak. Too bad.

According to what I read on Wiki, when the population was sounded out by Gallup 10 years ago, less than half the population wanted Balochistan to secede from Pakistan. Has that sentiment changed?
I'm not aware of any recent data but it seems to be that 37% of the population wants succession and around 67% wants greater autonomy. Not sure if that has changed, or if that 37% is just Baloch, or Baloch and Pashtun combined, because if it's the latter, than Baloch percentage is probably higher. In any case, we should be going all in on this. If the insurgency actually gets going, China will probably send troops directly. If US complains, Russia will intervene.

We can't classify it as failure. Afghanistan was a massive sinkhole of American money with no positive return. This money Americans want to use in other places.
Its bloody expensive to fight a war in today's age and fighting one half the world away will strain your budget.
At the end of day you always do cost-benefit analysis; what you invest and for that investment what you get in return. Americans where not getting fair value in return for their investment, hence Americans are just cutting their losses and refocusing in other domain.
If paying Taliban to stop use of Afghanistan as a base of operation or training against America aids them achieve their security objectives without having huge military presence in foreign country; so why not make the deal.

Looks like Biden wants to ensure US has 0 friends in the region.
Must be a messup, a wrong target.. With all the US assets on evacuation operations and them winding up their business here, it would be harder for americans to get real intelligence and attack with precision.
but as usual..the media celebrated it as the success of white house.

Interesting times.

Good to hear you know a thousand times more than I can in my whole life.

I was talking about radical Islam in England. Apart from around 10 years spent in other countries. the rest of the time I have been in England. How long have you spent here?

France is a different story which I won't go into here. Tell me - do you speak fluent French (I do). Have you visited France? I have (75-100 times). Spent several years there in toto. Nonetheless I would be interested in benefitting from your superior knowledge. PS Not being disparaging. If you know more than me I would be stupid not to hear what I can learn from you, wouldn't I?

PS Also spent several years living in a moderate Islamic state.
I was born in J&K and after spending more than 30 years in India, I have been living in UK for the best of 2 decades. I have had friendship besides working relations with people of most religions. I would hate to speak against a particular religion, but I don't think you should compare Muslims with other religions. There is a problem, even with the most educated of them and I have been surprised a few times, before becoming used to it. There is a certain emphasis on their religion, its rigid and supposedly "modern" principles, its superiority over other religions and its emphasis over all other aspects of life that I do not see in other religions, where people treat it as a private affair. I have serious concerns that once their number increase beyond a certain threshold, the semblance of peace that you see here, would get disturbed. It is a consistent pattern worldwide and would emerge here sooner or later. I will be happy to be proven wrong, but currently this is my biggest worry.

PS. You can consider me a novice and can teach me anything! The last thing I would do is use of foul language.

Very well said. I've met individual Moslems, even Pakistanis, who are fine on a one-to-one basis. There's one particular individual from Hyderabad, that I would trust my life with, if it came to that. But that doesn't change anything as far as the long term ideological, collective/demographic threat of Islam and Moslems go.
