The US marines did what they could and showed great courage in trying to enable American citizens and others to evacuate. The cheap, objectionable comments about the US and how it does not care about those deaths are undeserved.

I happen to be 1/8 American. How would you like me talk about India and Indian troops who lost their lives in the same way? Please show a little respect.

Heck, they belong to the most corrupt nation in this whole fcking world that has destroyed more nations and lives of more people than what WW2 did. It destroyed the chances of Latin Americans by supporting one after another dictators. It destroyed lives of millions through capricious looting of post-Soviet nations once Iron Curtain fell. It destroyed ME by sending in militaries to 'democratise' societies.

Do you think we don't know who helped to topple the Democratically elected Govt of Iran in 1953 that resulted in Khomeini gaining popular support? Do you think we don't know who helped islamist fundamentalism in Afghanistan to get rid of modern communist govt in Kabul in 80s? Do you think we don't know who has been supplying the terrorist state of Pakistan since forever? Do you think I don't know about Henry Kissinger? Do you think we don't know which nation literally prevented the world to take steps to prevent genocide of Bengalis by Pakistan? Do you think I don't know which nation sent a battlegroup to thwart Indian forces in 1971?

This is just tip of the iceberg called lunacy of USA. Hell, the islamic fundamentalism has always been backed by the US!

Yes, US doesn't care for human lives. It is the only nation that used nukes on two heavily populated cities. Not one, but two! US is no less murderous than Al Queda. The only difference is that it has got money and power over media to whitewash all its crimes.

Why should anyone feel more sorry for the death of 16-17 souls over thousands other souls that died because of the same reason? What makes them special? Afterall, they are the ones who serves the master that created the mess in the first place!

US getting involved in the South Asia has created the most headache for India for decades. Our Govt may be obligated to tow the line for the timebeing to the hegemony of USA, but I am not. So, take your whining about loss of few triggermen of the world's biggest troublemaker and worst human rights violator somewhere else.

Your being 1/8 American, doesn't give you any immunity from being criticised. It is not as if Yanks create memorial shrines in their boards for the lives of Indian servicemen lost regularly due to the action of US'es friend Pakistan.
