Depends on what you mean by "benefit". This is definitely not going to help the Taliban in the international sphere. I think the time has arrived for the over-the-horizon weapons to be used now that Biden was bragging about. In all likelihood, the US will take revenge for this by drone attacks, economic warfare, sanctions etc.

2. Amrullah Saleh as Acting President of Afghanistan, which incidentally ticks all the right boxes with UN, Afghan Constitution. May also include some factions of Taliban in acting government.

Not sure about the above.

But for sure there will be multiple attempts to challenge the taliban regime by other islamist organisations in the region. Taliban didn't win afghanistan by war, they won't be afforded the same legitimacy by more hardcore islamist groups.

Every Islamist group leader wants to be a caliph, that's their life goal. from their point of view Afghanistan is now available, without western military meddling on the ground.
