Taliban fighters with yellow barrels full of explosives near Panjshir Valley. He says if the resistance forces don't surrender, we will use these explosives.

Taliban spokesman Zabehulah_M33
is claiming the group took back the districts of Andarab, Pol-i-Hisar and Dih Salih from the Panjshir resistance.

I doubt this claim, as Panjshir has single way to enter or exit, at one point the road is 6 Meter wide for a single car to pass. Taliban retreat will happen as per the sources.

Open all channels, because sooner or later Taliban will loose some of their gained territory.
To be honest I used to think that way, but now I don't think much will be gained by getting on talib's good side. At most they will be slightly less likely to attack Kashmir on ISI's order. Will be better for the good will of the people of Afghanistan to support resistance.

Ahmad Sha Massoud and his little son Ahmad Massoud, 1993 footage

Like Father, Like Son

I don't know if it's a running propaganda piece or true.
Sad if true but I fully expect Taliban's governance to fail or collapse even if NA falls (which is doubtful).

Paywall has me blocked though.

That depends if there are any significant resistance fighters left. It’s not by chance that Taliban are moving against the resistance so soon, even when their hold isn’t consolidated. The Pakistanis are using both their proxies, I.e. JeM, LeT etc to consolidate Kabul and are probably slowing down evacuations on purpose. Any support to the resistance cannot happen with “hostages” being present. That’s why the quick move against the resistance, they want to squash it before they garner any support.

The resistance is always there, they are just stuck by the legitimate Afghan govt. moves and the rumoured deal with the Taliban.

Leftover ANA and Northern alliance do have Tajik and Uzbek support. They are trying to attract Taliban to their strong hold to cut a deal or they might open a new front while Taliban are stuck in Panjshir.

thirdly people have not accepted Taliban in the cities.

Even though it appears USA is fighting WoT, behind closed doors they are making deals with the ISI and Taliban. With out the western support Ghani will not abandon Kabul. USA might have wanted it to contain China. In other words west is trying to simmer the east by aiding the fires in heart of Asia.

Pakistan as it appears can’t even govern its own territory and the propaganda of their governance is laughable.I do not think ISI can pull such a thing in Afghanistan. I am getting the feel that ISI is only cover for western motives.
