I see a lot of you guys mocking the us and celebrating their defeat. Do you actually dislike them? And is it primarily derived from supporting Pak during the cold war?
No it's not because of cold war or dislike but US media tried to humiliate india after 26 Feb by allowing Pakistani propaganda to spread and troll IA by calling it a vintage army and multiple articles by pakistani strategic community were supported and planted by them in general they try to push india into bad light. For example making poverty P*rn by spreading Images of burning dead bodies.
So that First world people think that they are in a lala la land.

Anyways this propaganda is the major reason why most of the times Indian's troll Americans. Even if their defeat harms us.
The US doesn't really want the breakup of Pakistan unfortunately. Too afraid that jihadists will get their hands on the nukes in the chaos and confusion (also why they didn't push too hard on Pak to stop supporting the Taliban). As for denuclearization, that's kind of a tough nut to crack. I posted in the India-US relations thread a possible strategy but no one seemed to bite.

No I 100% agree. The western liberal elite has an extremely paternalistic attitude towards India. They love to lecture about human rights (esp about women and Muslims) and lack of healthcare and etc. from the safety of their big city penthouses in the US. They aren't conditioned to feel scared and guilty about generalizing Indians as sexist/mysogynistic/islamophobic whatever like they are with Black people and Muslims. I've seen it in the west too. When an Indian guy is a beta cuck, he is a nice guy to feel bad for but not respect. Once he steps out of line, however, he becomes scary and a threat. It's the same thing with the nation as a whole. They can't stand the idea that the dirty brown people have a powerful military and economy, so they say we "cheated" by not providing for all the other stuff first, as if they would do any different if they were surrounded by China and Pakistan instead of two oceans and two meaningless non-threats in Canada and Mexico.

Am i the only one who thinks pak got played, that usa did this delibretly,to trap ccp, this will actually imbolden ttp and baluchi or pashtun nationalism and we may see fireworks on western borders of pakistan
I don't think so. I think they genuinely believe in their own idealism, because the Democrats are like that. They believed that the ANA would fight, and that random pashtuns and warlords wouldn't join the Taliban. They were wrong, mainly BECAUSE of them pushing the date back.

But yeah TTP and Afghan Taliban joining forces and resolving their differences is a good thing. If they actually succeed in capturing large parts of KPK/FATA, Balochi and Sindhi nationalism will be emboldened.

Actually ,a stronger taliban is a threat even to pak as it diminishes paks bargaining power ,remember china and russia dont need to deal through pak to deal with talibans, more importantly ,rememeber its the paki now who needs them more compared to talib needing pak,as the taliban gets strongernit will embolden them.more
