Different societies had multiple cultures and none of them were fanatic nutjobs. ( First Sikh guru was welcomed and given the state patronage by a Vaishnava King of Ganga dynasty in Odisha). So, we are more than welcome to non-nutcases and we don't need certificates. But an ideology that believes in global domination and suppression of every alternate way of life won't find a place here.
