i'd say, No need to finish any projects outside of Kabul. Let the friends of taliban handle them.
Looks like Taliban is calling out for support, economically, diplomatically etc.. May be by blocking the extraction plans of Germany, taliban would have bartered for AID which Germany blocked to afghan.
Same way with creating problems for extraction of US officials...Taliban could be possibly looking for international support.
something is in play.. These could be a call in desperation.
If every nation stands together..the china russia paki talib nexus can be isolated by trapping them with this. Let them deal with the infested.

When nations learn to stand together forming consensus on talibs, talibs can be grabbed by the balls and then their heart and mind will follow.

Big story:

The #Afghanistan 🇦🇫 government delegation at the Doha talks with the #Taliban has applied for asylum in #Qatar 🇶🇦

Before 2001, the #UAE 🇦🇪 tried to act as a bridge between the US and the #Taliban

Anwar Gargash's rhetoric hinted at a return to that role, but granting #Afghanistan 🇦🇫's ousted President Ashraf Ghani asylum could complicate this

Taliban stop exports, imports from India

The Taliban have stopped all imports and exports with India after entering Kabul and taking over the country on Sunday.
Dr Ajay Sahai, Director General (DG) of Federation of Indian Export Organisation (FIEO) told ANI that currently, the Taliban has stopped the movement of cargo through the transit routes of Pakistan, thereby stopping imports from the country.
Sahai said India has healthy relations with Afghanistan in trade. Currently, Indian export profile includes sugar, pharmaceuticals, apparel, tea, coffee, spices and transmission towers. "Imports are related and largely dependent on dry fruits. We also import a little gum and onions from them," FIEO DG said.
