Even if, in some random possibility, India resumes any sort of reconstruction work- we must focus on the road connectivity to Iran and the dam on Kabul river (that flows downstream to Pak). Pak is going to go water-deficient by 2023-24 anyway, and their external debt loan portfolio payment also peaks around the time. It'll be interesting to see how Taliban negotiate for water with the Pakis.

Taliban wants to sound very natural, normal and pro development. Money they would make in awarding contracts to the highest bidder ironically.
