From an Indian perspective again one of the glaring deficiencies that is showing up is the lack of Indian academia(not coconuts) who closely studied afghan war or US war in Afghanistan in detail.

all the theories and opinions floating on our SM from experts are mostly high level political science & IR theories, not detailed analysis.

Of course it could be the case that some academics are indeed studying this and those folks are not vocal on SM. even if such people exist, if they are not useful to India or government of India then what’s the point.

am just hoping that atleast any of the Indian army war colleges are studying this.

I guess only embassy staff, diplomats and ITBP personnel have been evacuated, common Indians are still there.

There is also a libro leftist propaganda going on for many years that national flag , symbols or anthem are bad and real nationalism is throwing garbage on dustbin , paying tax , demanding good governance etc ..

I agree .. But throwing away your emotional connection to the land ll have consequenses in moment of crisis . People ll run away at first chance ... Nation lies in mind of people .. its a emotional connection . Idea of nation comes first then all those development activities and moving forward .
