Not Chinooks, Indian embassy staff made their way to the airport by Road.. But, they had to pull some strings with the Americans and Russians to let them pass

That was the prime minister's conviction in 1970s. His people, especially oppressed groups like Balochi and Sindhis won't watch their kids starve to death because of nuclear weapons, something that which the average Paki doesn't even know the meaning of.

The entire American military would not be destroyed even if Pak nuked itself. At most there will be like 50k troops involved at any given time. Plus any war would be fought with allies like India and NATO.

As for the shackles thing, that was a cold war era mentality because of fears that India would join the Soviet Union. Nowadays, it's China that they want contained. In order to use India for that purpose, you NEED the shackles removed. Pakistan has out-lived its usefulness. Balochistan and Sindh alone (as independent countires) can serve the purpose of blocking Chinese and Russian access to the Indian Ocean.
Dude, the Nambi Narayanan incident happened after Soviet Union fall. And that wasn't even military tech. Why would the USA allow a strong economy with an independent foreign policy to rise? If India reaches middle-income status and then manages to graduate to a knowledge-based economy, India would have a larger R&D budget and more scientists than USA. After that, its only a matter of time before USA is dethroned as the world's "leader". Why is it so hard to understand for you? USA is the final boss in this game. China is a chu-boss (mid-level boss). Of course none of this makes sense if China gets there first and China is getting there first, which is why US is wooing us to join their anti-China alliance. Same thing happened after WW2. USA first supported Soviets against Nazis, then turned on Soviets. Agreed that also had an ideological dimension, but that also exists here: Hindu-majority India is not ideologically compatible with Western civilization.
.
Pakistan will never give up its nukes willingly. They know they'll be toast the minute they do. Average Pakis know one thing: without the "bum" they will be "bumbed" by India. The Paki establishment has spent resources so that the average Paki understands why the "bum" is important. And its not that hard to understand in the first place.
.
Anyways, this is going a bit off-topic now.
.
With China's rise, and this shitshow, their image is down the drain.
Their allies have begin to question them. It is where it is with the help of its allies.
Japan is planning to drop their 1% policy on defence. Will they be a threat?
Power Balance is coming back to asia. It can't keep up.
By isolationism I mean keeping control over Americas, Atlantic and Pacific Oceans and maybe Europe.
1.) Why are you banned again?
2.) USA is not going to let this defeat stick in the international discourse for long. They have mastered the art of post-truth narratives. The pew survey as pointed out by @ezsasa came at a very convenient time to make it seem as if everybody in Afghanistan wants Sharia. USA will simply whitewash their failures and lionize their successes. USA's allies also know that USA is the lesser evil between China and USA. USA is not withdrawing from anywhere, it withdrew from Afghanistan to ensure that it can focus on Great Power competition again.

ISI's Washington DC station chief is gloating on successful completion of phase 1.
There is definitely a toolkit which is co-ordinating all this messaging.

Narrative will be

#TalibanBetterThanHindutva

That KoogelToddler brought Modi into that tweet shows as to how high up the Paki ass his head is in. He does not need to be paid. He is in the Paki arse for pleasure.

In the real world, Talibs generally have long flowing jet black hair. May be, in line with Biden's preference, KoogelToddler might attempt a *sniff*

IMO with the US's pivot to Indo-Pacific they will also push a change in the global islam khatre me hai narrative, push the focus to China, pass them the crown of "the great satan" and direct as much of the global jihad attention towards them. Chums like Qatar will be very helpful in this pivot. So tomorrow (or rather a few years down the line) if a paxi nuke goes missing there will be a greater chance that it will end up in Beijing rather than New York or even New Delhi.
Agreed. Which is why China is cosying up to Taliban. Another thing, China has already bought the right people to prevent that from happening.

But that's just it though, China is getting there before India. It may be that US wants to shut down India before they can become the next China, but with no other true allies against China as well positioned as India is, it's more in their interest to help India grow to the point where they can seriously threaten China, than to keep them down and miss that opportunity.

Worst case scenario you are right, and that even the average Paki will be willing to eat grass and leaves to keep their bombs, you can keep the sanctions going for decades to destroy their economy (and military as a result, they can't even afford BMDs right now, imagine what will happen if US says that no country who buys or sells anything to pakistan, can buy or sell anything to US or use US intellectual property like android, windows or ios, or most social media?).
