Clarity: As per d constitution of Afg, in absence, escape, resignation or death of the President the FVP becomes the caretaker President. I am currently inside my country & am the legitimate care taker President. Am reaching out to all leaders to secure their support & consensus.

IMO, no
Rooskies and Chinis will probably end up recognising the Taliban
Any help he will get have to be from his Contacts in CIA, Iranians and India (unless we abandon him like Najibullah)
There is no much resources on the ground that will support any Afghan govt official..cuz...all those all those billions or trillions that has to gone to equip Afghanistan was looted by the Govt.
The Americans paid salaries of the Afghan troops which never reached them.It was inevitable for the Afghan to fall once the Americans pulled back...meaning the Afghan govt never had the loyalty of the Afghan forces who were very much sidelined by the corruption in the system. Under the Taliban they hope they could earn a living being a mercenary or simply looting whatever is left in their land.

Saleh is putting a brave face though. Lets hope a few afghanis find their balls and stand with this man.

See? I had said before that he is an ambitious guy, in the good way. I don't think he'll get much international support. He probably would have to carry out guerilla warfare. He might be willing to do that for years, but will his men be there for the long haul too? Doubtful, but we'll see.

India may not be able to help him here, Afghanistan is a lost case.

I think so too, the Russians don't have any benefits in doing so either. Maybe the CIA possibly could, but it's doubtful. He would have to prove that he's worth investing and spending money on and risking the wrath of the Taliban.

Open threats to Unkil Sam :)

but the midget should be aware that, soon the focus of US will shift from Afghanistan to SCS

The shortest crossing between mainland China and Taiwan is 110km, or almost 70 miles. Hitler 'baulked' at the prospect of risking three army groups crossing the English Channel(shortest crossing 21 miles) in 1940 against a British force that had just been effectively defeated at Dunkirk. The Luftwaffe could not guarantee control of the air space and the Kriegsmarine had no chance of controlling the sea space against the Royal Navy.

So whatever these chinese gasbags are farting... they have no idea of!
