This is what came in my mind since US ran away overnight leaving significant cache of arms and vehicles which they could have taken back or destroyed. They made a mistake last time leaving weapons in the hands of Mujaheedin! Seems like US wants to create ISIS II this time or something similar.

Basically it sounds like below:-

US: Hey Psshh shhh Talibunnies... take our weapons and create a bigger mess in AF and attack Pakis/Iranis. We might sell more weapons to you if needed to make muslims kill Muslims.
