Possible that the Russians will arm the NA to keep the Taliban in check.

Taliban are not homogenous group, they are warlords fighting each other. I doubt Taliban govt. will be a stable one. There are high chances of civil war. In short the situation in Afghanistan will be the same just like when Afghan Govt. is at the center.

The worse thing is there will be sanctuaries for ISIS, AlQaeda and New Terrorist groups which are going to destabilize the entire region.

A dead Pujari in Afghanistan will change nothing. Talibs will happily kill him without a second thought and his story will not even reach to India.

If this was a white priest, he would've first moved back to his home country and from there he would be giving interview after interview on how terrible locals were to him. He may even got an award for that. He would've become a celebrity priest who survived the barbarian land.

My point is survival is the key. If you survive you can eventually thrive and tell your story to the world. There is no glory in self sacrifice.

unlike in western movies and TV shows, it’s the men who take risks. They find a safe place, settle down, and then bring family over.
