blame the people not the US. these so called "activists" from afghan and worldwide were crying that US should leave them. us was already facing enormous pressure....
Public opinion does not exist in vacuum. It is created by leaders in the first place.
Even if there is a large consensus, its the leaders responsibility to execute the desire in an appropriate fashion.
Sure, the US public opinion wanted US to be out of Afghanistan. But the way Joe Biden went about it is pathetic.

Still, porkis will squandrler it. We are looking through a very narrow lens here IMO.

IMO, Pakistan should start to feel the heat shortly on its western border... Its about when!!!!!

Taliban will look for legitimacy going via their statements so far but will they get it????. On top, old habits die hard... Already reports r flowing in of people covering girls posters in kabul malls... And girls being denied university entry... Fav subject of USA... and western liberal gang

I suspect... More over whole US public opinion is again Joe et all at the moment... Thats another angle... Moreover US will never allow monkeys & Russians with porkis to rule the roost.. Porkis r dreaming cpec with monkeys but Afghanistan is war lord territory... Do we think US will let the show go on to suit monkeys and ruskies... No way....

First we need to see if talibans internal factions patch up and live peacefully with each other!!!!!

IMO, we shud take pop corns and sit to enjoy the show. It's going to be a interesting one..
pakis hold a lot of strings. Taliban is dependent on entire supply chain of arms, ammunition and other essentials for their paki masters.
Don't forget that pakis have committed boots (officers and soldiers) fighting with and leading taliban offensive. I'd consider taliban as part paki army.

Only if the non paki part of taliban are supplied by others will pakis see a large scale problem.
Small incidents here and there will exist. But, something that threatens stability of pakistan, may be not.

Taliban must be given a chance to stabilize Afghanistan. When Taliban will form it's government in Afghanistan. Things will get change immediately.
30 percent of Taliban currently is composed of porki. Half pak army and half jihadis. Porki establishment will never want peace in Afghanistan due to fata
Porki establishment will rebel against this type of of peace.
30%porki in Taliban who are driving captured US vehicles under banner of Taliban will get exposed. They will most probably launch a offensive on kabul.
Battle will turn into Taliban vs Taliban (porki army) . This will be graveyard of porki army soldiers who are now dressed as Taliban that why they signed peace agreement with india
this time no airlift of tora bora in 2001 of porki army

Now enjoy the show with popcorn :daru:

If Taliban is "stabilized", their focus can easily turn to Kashmir instead of Poliostan. The hate for kaffir can trump everything.

I don’t understand this moaning that we were not invited, we were not taken into the loop. It is being done by same people who do not wanted us to commit boots on the ground.

Do you really think without spilling our blood we will get seat on the table? Same like by just having govt in exile we will able to free Tibet. LoL.

Pakistanis have been committing thousands of their regulars and are actively part of every Taliban expedition. Taliban may not yield to them anything substantial but Pakistan will be able to shape many policies which are going to effect us adversely.

With Ghani in Afghanistan we were able to check Pakistan and also Chinese were put in their place when their spies were caught and made public.

Looking at GOI’s standing and commitment for all the good and bad reasons, Afghanistan doesn’t matter to us at all. TBH every analysis here on this thread appears to be flimsy.

The take away here is that we were never committed and had never increased our stakes or bet on any high risk game in Afghanistan. Pakistanis and Chinaman will be stupid to call it India’s defeat. We provided aid and extracted good friendly exchanges in return and created robust Pakistan monitoring assets. It helped us a lot all those years and our returns were well justified. We were able to normalise Kashmir and preempt Pakistan with cross border strategic military operations.

The next game will be played under bad weather conditions but there is nothing that should bother us vis a vis our internal security.

Taliban’s end game will be to annihilate all diffrent ethnicities and create a uniform Islamic Afghan identity. The same has been attempted by Pakistan Army within Pakistan and in future Indian Jihadis will attempt the same. How it will shape the Indian subcontinent’s Islamic outlook now depends on Hindu resurgence and their ability to venture out from their comfort zones. Sikhs at the border with Pakistan are ready to become their subsets too. The freedom we gave them which they never had in Pakistan has only emboldened them and we pretty much have no solution to it but keep the Union work at its current setup and endure their blackmail. It is important for us to start new expeditions now and keep the whole neighbourhood unstable before the uncheck Islamic resurgence both military and ideological becomes too heavy to contain. Similar trends are now visible in Bangladesh. Our inactions, procrastination and problem solving left in the hands of wisdom spouting tin pots is going to cost us whole civilisation.

The concept of Akhand Bharata is not an idealism but deterrence by keeping our borders virtually extended that the current borders remain safe.

I don’t mind if in letting Afghanistan fall is seen by our establishment with a Historic perspective where we were at the receiving end. Letting this spillover contaminate the whole region which includes Pakistan and Kashmir to then decontaminate when it implodes will be best outcome for us. In order to do that we must start venturing out and start learning towards the Hindu endgame.

Please read it carefully and come out of your kindergarten bi-variate data reading.

How many Taliban have come to Kashmir in 1990’s?
Something that has not happened yet, does not mean it will never happen.
Nothing that stops a bunch of well trained fidayeen to enter Pak for a "higher cause" even today.
