With Taliban coming to power and largely being pro pakistan (as of now), all those covert projects (all which would have been targeted towards pakistan is either dusted or under threat).

As for covert projects from Afghanistan aimed at pakistan , IMO will be more easy as there is no SYSTEM in afghanistan now and anyone can bash and bang pakistan at any point.
