That particular nation needs introspection, if they really did guts would kick in automatically.
The problem with Afg is the people whine about problems they don't introspect upon themselves if the version of Islam they are following really fckd them up or is it their fate that every tom dick and harry is lookin to impreg their nation since the start of 20th cen. Yes, they are strategically located at the crossroads of civilisation, all the more reason why they should've worked on education and development. Ask any sane Afghan who settled abroad if he/she wishes to return home. They'll never do that but cry that their home is pillaged by everyone. Second quotient is Na-Pak. Had the Afghans amassed balls and overran FATA/KPK which they claim, Bakis would never find the guts to dare look at Afg the way they do now.
So net net, Afg's problems are - Hardline Islamism and Pak.

What can we do if they themselves ignore the aforementioned two and find fault at everything else?
I am yet to see an Afghan who openly blames Pak and radical Islam for their woes. Am sure I'll never see one in my life.

Afghanistan is not the Graveyard of Empires as everyone boasts. It is the Graveyard of Afghans. It's a shame that civilisation never shines there coz people remained same since Alexander.
