Here is the thread for taiwan's cruise missiles capabilities...
I found a couple of them..here it is
1) Yun Feng cruise missile range is 15,000 km
as per wiki (i think 1500 km) with a speed of Mach 4
2)Husing Feng IIE (Cloud peak) range is 1200 -2000 km
