It looks more like author's wish list.

SU-30 MKI won't be able to perform any additional maneuvers using AL-41 that it can't do with AL-31.

AL-41 doesn't offer much benefit over AL-31 hence IAF is not much interested in it especially when it comes to serviceability of the engines. We still aren't able to manufacture AL-31 from scratch and IAF is not much interested in screwdrivergiri of HAL.

One doesn't change the size of nose-cone of an certified aircraft especially an aircraft like MKI that already has big nose cone. One will have to re-write the FBW software to account for changed aerodynamics. One accommodates radar as per nose cone.

Alpha defense on its twitter handle said that work has initiated for advanced ew suite for mkis
I have a doubt is it a part of Super sukhoi program or is it separate program for small amount of aircrafts to convert them into growler operations
If anyone can please clear it

GaN tech is in advanced stages ,radar is ready for fabrication for tejas mk2 ,ew is the area where drdo has pushed itself , so yes we would have su 30 EX very similar to f1 ex of usaf , with low band jammers and new rwr and maws and aspj developed by drdo will bring a very good capability to iaf
