I believe communications equipment on the SU-30 is built by India and not Russia. India also uses some Israel communication systems.
@Neptune sir I am Not sure about that though. I am not sure what is the respective origin of the communication equipment present on the SU-30 MKI Aircrafts of India but I know that the Onboard mission computer of SU-30 MKI is completely indian in origin(this is what I am sure off) and most of the communication equipment is made in India but i am not too sure about it myself to be honest.

Yes you are right @Neptune the Mikoyan-Gurevich MiG-25 had made its First First flight on 6th March 1964 and the Lockheed SR-71 Blackbird had made its First flight on 22 December 1964. So the Two Aircrafts had made Their first maiden flight the Exact same year but SR-71 made its first flight nearly 8 months after the MIG-25 Foxbat.

SR-71 Balckbird is a derivated of the A-12 Oxcart. The A-12 first flew in April 1962 while SR-71 first flew in December 1964. A-12 has a slightly higherspeed at Mach 3.35 while SR-71's max speed was Mach 3.32.

I had Specifically told about the SR-71's first flight date. What I said in the above post to which you have replied has no relevance or has nothing to do with the A-12 oxcart for your information. Anyways regardless of that, thanks for sharing the info though. Both are very cool planes to me.

They have not supplied the core technology required for turbine development.
If that's the case, than its Certainly Obvious for the Russians for not supplying core technology which is required for turbine development. They will not want us getting such Technology because than later we will be able to Successfully build our own Jet Engines and will not have rely on the Russians and thus there won't be 'money' coming for the Russians because they can't sell us jet engines if we get the Core tech and build our own engines. It's an obvious thing for me mate.

btw it was mig 29 which helped india deter f16 in 1999
Yes that's the case and I don't deny that but one thing which brought edge to the Indian Mig-29s is that They had BVR Missiles with them during that time and the Pakistanis didn't have BVR on their f-16s during those Times so this was a primary reason which helped the Indian mig-29 have an advantage over the Porki f-16s.

Will it include N0.1 BARS Radar being replaced with AESA Radar, secondly IAF will be retaining the Israeli Jammer in the tail. Any possibility of replacement of AL-31FN engines?
I am Not Very sure with regards to changes in the Engines for the SU-30 MKI Aircrafts.

Now with regards to changes in the Radar, the SU-30 MKI will have its current BARS Radar be replaced by our upcoming Indigenous Radar known as UTTAM AESA RADAR.

With regards to jammers, indian airforce may most probably retain them considering how effective this Jammers are, these Israeli ELM Elta Jammers showed how Capable and Effective they truly are by helping one SU-30 MKI(Callsign Avenger 1) dodge 4-5 AMRAAMS fired by your F-16s, or we could use DRDO Developed self Protection Jamming Pods(this answer with regards to Jammer could be wrong because you have asked Specifically Tail Jammers) rest everything is correct.

I thought HAL was going to upgrade Su-30 MKI. Almost all of avionics are either Indian, Israeli or French and the primary mission computer is Indian.
HAL has a Su-30MKI production line then why are Su-30MKIs being upgraded in Russia.
it is said that first 2 samples will be assembled in Russia on request of BHEL.

The article talks about proposal from Russia regarding AL41 and Khibiny EW system- but they've been saying that since 2015-16 - the famous Super Sukhoi program. But the article nowhere mentions(or otherwise available in public domain) about any deal with IAF or HAL for any Super Sukhoi with their engines and EW system.
Article looks shady too
Russian SAP-518 jamming pods are mounted on the wing-tips of Sukhoi 30MKI
But Su30MKI has always used Israeli ELTA EL/M-8222. Where did he get this? No source, nothing
