Afaik su 57 with its current engine can't Supercruise but when its intended powerplant comes to it then it may be a match for f22.

The Su-57’s stealth is hampered by Russia’s struggle to bond body panels of the aircraft as tightly as necessary to inhibit a radar return and by its modified 4th generation engines.

Sr-71 used a turboramjet engines. This field seems to be pretty highly explored.

Russia tested a model of detonation engine for the missiles of the future - Russian newspaper (rg.ru)

Is it possible to use a detonation engine in hypersonic missiles?

Petr Levochkin:
Both can and should be. At least because the burning of fuel in it is supersonic. And in those engines, which are now trying to create controlled hypersonic aircraft, the combustion is subsonic. And that creates a lot of problems. After all, if the combustion in the engine is subsonic, and the engine flies, for example, at a speed of five machs (one wave equals the speed of sound), it is necessary to brake the oncoming air flow to sound mode. Accordingly, all the energy of this braking passes into heat, which leads to additional overheating of the structure.

And in a detonation engine, the combustion process is at a speed at least two and a half times higher than the sound. And, accordingly, by this magnitude we can increase the speed of the aircraft. That is, we are not talking about five, but about eight mahas. This is really achievable today the speed of aircraft with hypersonic engines, which will use the principle of detonation burning.

Rostec Tests Demonstrator Engine for Spaceplanes | Aviation Pros

The United Engine Corporation of Rostec has completed the first stage of testing a demonstrator model of a pulse detonation engine, which in the future can be used in advanced rocket and space systems, hypersonic aircraft and orbital spaceplanes. In some operating modes, the power plant demonstrated up to 50% increase in specific thrust when compared to conventional engines.

Pulse detonation engine is a new type of aviation power plant. It has a more efficient thermodynamic cycle than currently operated gas turbine engines. The A. Lyulki Design Bureau (branch of PJSC "UEC-UMPO") has formed a separate development project for power plants of this type.

“The first stage of testing the pulse detonation engine demonstrator has been successfully completed. It has shown the required performance characteristics. In some operation modes, the specific thrust was up to 50% higher than the performance of traditional power plants. This will prospectively increase the maximum range and payload mass of aircraft by 1.3–1.5 times. The design will be able to be applied, for example, on orbital spaceplanes, supersonic and hypersonic aircraft, and future-generation rocket and space systems," reported the Rostec aviation cluster.

Aircraft equipped with pulse detonation engines will have better flight dynamics and maneuverability. The engine type can be used to develop traditional rocket and air-jet propulsion systems or their support systems.

“The simplicity of the design and its relatively low requirements for gas-dynamic process values allow us to integrate solutions developed on the previous engine generations. This provides a great commercial and economic advantage in comparison with the more traditional engines that are currently under development," said General Design Director of A. Lyulki Design Bureau Evgeny Marchukov.

In 2016, the authors of the "Pulse detonation engine" project became the winners of the "Best innovative project in the areas of critical technologies in the Russian Federation" competition in Skolkovo. A model of a pulse detonation engine was first presented at the ARMY-2017 International Military-Technical Forum.

As reported earlier, this year the UEC holding company of Rostec State Corporation started serial production of the new domestic PD-14 engines for MS-21 airliner, and also began manufacturing prototypes of VK-650V engine for Ka-226T light helicopters.
A recent video by CNET on noiseless jets by NASA and LM Skunkwork gave a hint that SR72 is operational considering a small scale toy model placed near X57 small scale model.

Ohh please not my muhh black project exists of a hypersonic UAV when they have not even put a heavy stealth drone fighter or even a supersonic UAV in service.:bplease:

Just as I thought. You better read more before you start posting.

That is D-21 a Mach 3 drone of the US from the 60's. This drone was used over areas with very high concentration of danger. Most of its missions are still classified but there are info of 4 missions over China in tge 60's.

The USAF even planned to convert a D-21 into a nuclear bomber. For obvious reasons, it's not very good to put nukes in drones specially in peacetime where nukes have to be brought back to base.

I guess that means Russia means Kh-22/22M/32 based drone is hypersonic as well.

finding something comparable doesn't make sense?
What do you mean by KH22 "being hypersonic as well" when you were talking about drones?

US' D-21 was a drone from the beginning, not a cruise missile turned into a drone. Besides KH22 was only a cruise missile, not a drone.

There you have it they can make missiles into drones hence hypersonic UAVs this shit is depressing.
