"KnAAZ" ???Tell this "speculations" to guys on KnAAZ
India is leaving behind in " STEALTH Coating" only. Not in STEALTH TECHNOLOGY.I think all this talk of cancelling FGFA is hot air. Although as much as would like that India should terminate it, the sad reality is that ADA , HAL and Private players are no where near achieving 5th gen tech mastery. Best is to negotiate some tech transfer from Russia for our AMCA and deploy 126 FGFA till AMCA does not come through
What about engine technology, optronics, radar, extreamly precise machinery required to make planesIndia is leaving behind in " STEALTH Coating" only. Not in STEALTH TECHNOLOGY.
For stealthier design, one needs to make design with parallel alignment of edges and surface, which is properly used in AMCA design & next is use of Glass fibre technology , which is also very good in Indiaas we used it in Tejas.
Remaining is integration of avionics and weapons for which others manufacturers are in line.
So, don't call our scientists are lazy and mentally dumb.
INDIA need more and more funds to setup testing facilities and continuous flow of funds for research.
Komsomolsk on Amur Aircraft Factory where all the T- 50 born."KnAAZ" ???

It is VERY naive sentance, as in the whole, nither in the stealth tech understanding part in particular.India is leaving behind in " STEALTH Coating" only. Not in STEALTH TECHNOLOGY.

Russians are also lacking in all the things mentioned above. IAF has been very vocal about shortcomings of PAKFA / FGFA.What about engine technology, optronics, radar, extreamly precise machinery required to make planes
Read this book to understand the level of technology required

We have a "keyboard scientist" here.India is leaving behind in " STEALTH Coating" only. Not in STEALTH TECHNOLOGY.

What do you mean, have you even seen the performance parameters of item 30? Do you even know what technology is used in PAK FA radar or what it options areRussians are also lacking in all the things mentioned above. IAF has been very vocal about shortcomings of PAKFA / FGFA.
We should then junk this deal and buy some f35 directly from USA .
We are not getting any technology anyway atleast we'll get a proper 5th gen Birdy:biggrin2:

Do you have anything better? We have a "keyloved scientist" here.
Who specialise in posting poorly edited videos on YouTube.
Let's make tejas great ,again.

If we signed the deal in April'17 than we may receive our first FGFA Prototype by end of 2019 or early 2020
And prepare to fail or finish it in 2050https://www.livefistdefence.com/2017/02/exclusive-indias-5th-gen-amca-targets-2030.html
fgfa with russia is almost dead , focus is on amca....
he is correct, India will never buy T-50 PAKFA, as current Government is Pro-USA, and will only buy US products... may be go for F-35 in Future...And prepare to fail or finish it in 2050

As I said earlier, Russians will not spend their breath arguing on this program.he is correct, India will never buy T-50 PAKFA, as current Government is Pro-USA, and will only buy US products... may be go for F-35 in Future...
You speak as if You will be taking the decision on the behalf of Russian Govt ,,,,,,,, This is Modi My Friend not any tom , dick , Harry or Manmohan whom You were able to easily scare away ..... This is a game of negotiations not emotions .... Russia will lose it in the end ,,, You have no idea what a Gujarati is capable ofAs I said earlier, Russians will not spend their breath arguing on this program.
Want to buy F-35? Arrigt, it's your right.
However you will live the next 50 years with the consequences of this choice.
Meanwhile US Govt is getting ready to triple encrease G6 fighter R&D program expenses (try to guess why ).
