117 without letter already allows T-50 to supercruise with normal payload and 50% fuel inside. It has specific thrust ratio as 10,1:1 which is higher than the one for F-119 (8,9:1), full lifetime of 4000hrs (1000hrs inter-repair).So its unfinished aircraft, without the real 5th gen engine, so IAF would be really looking at PAK FA after Izdeliye 30 fits in ?
I mean Izdeliye 30 would be tested only next year, if everything goes as planned.

The only qualifiers of G5 which is not met are gas temperature before turbine (1850K instead of more than 2000) and full modular design.
So its more than good to start with.
