I can guarantee that next civil war in SL will start in Eastern coast, by Moors. Tamils are gone. SL Government must check missionary activity in SL to prevent Tamils from being converted. SL Government should promote both Hinduism and Buddhism. In Eastern coast even if civil war type wars dont break out still lots of disturbances are to come. In SL bilingual education should be started, In Sinhalese and Tamil. English 3rd language.

SL Fin. Minister seems a disgrace to SL. Is he a street haggler? 2+% interest rate expensive? What Chinese offered to Indonesia for Jakarta-Bandung HSR was 2% too.

Due to these Tamils have migrated to Sri Lanka and began to live their from centuries.

When Sri Lanka was declared independent in 1948, the elite Sinhala Buddhist's immediately felt threatened that India may try to attack and annex Sri Lanka based on a false propaganda of what happened in Kashmir and also majorly because of the Indian Tamil connection. Due to the presence of the hawkish elements in the Sri Lankan political structure, they had already signed a defence pact with the UK in Nov 1947 only a few months before their independence in Feb 1948.

I'm not wrong. Tamils of Sri Lanka has no moral right to ask for separate country. SLG has no intention to convert anyone to Buddhism unless of course any individual does so on his own consent. Sri Lanka is happy with it's Tamils subjects and the existing diversity. However, there may be laws regarding caste oppression among Tamils.

Further SL suffered religious persecution by Portuguese and British. So in 1948 they were desperate to do anything. Such case did not exist in regards to Bhutan or Nepal. India needed to be more soft such as asking small countries of South Asia to form a defense alliance which's responsibility will go to India, allowing Tamils in Sri Lanka migrating to India and asking SL Government to reduce pressure on Tamils, providing economic help.

I did not say anything about separate country. But you should be aware of growing religious tension in SL. Which again may lead to civil war.

India Bought Ports in Myanmar , bangladesh , Seychelles , Maldives etc <<< China wanted to build millinery bases in all these places .

I agree with everything. But lack of propaganda machine hampered us. Because of India SL won it can be said. Indian navy aircraft tracked LTTE ammunition ships and enabled SL Navy to take action. India gave 5 Mi 35 Hind Helicopters. But all was done secretly. As of now we should wait. But if Chinese really send warships there is nothing SL can do. China can easily set up tracking devices and excuses like this ship needs refuelling(they sent submarine for Somali pirates remember) there is nothing India or SL can do. Hopefully SL people will understand China's games or we will have no option other than bring US navy in Andaman.
