These things doesn't matters and are trivial, when you are in a verge of total collapse.

These "feel happy" parameters and indices will not save the Island in longer term.

The islanders must sit and think what went wrong seriously.

That's true. I sometimes cringe on how deluded some of our guys can be.

First try & get to $20 Trillion economy if you can by 2050 and then talk about stuff like Akhand Bharat etc.

but how will srilanka sustain ?

they are a trade deficit country (heck they even import ink for printing )
they have huge pile of external debt (110% of their gdp)
their tourism sector is badly hit due to corona and now it will suffer from overpricing for upcoming time
they had shifted to organic farming even if they now try to revert it will take atleast 1 yr to increase production, but due to inflation and bankruptcy this will take 2-3 yrs.
