Genuinely can’t tell, for one it’s black that makes it more difficult to identify, also can’t even see the straps, what kind of cut and which type of MOLLE is used

That's because it was standard with the Tar 21 at the time, IWI did not make their own UBGL at the time, in fact some GTARs were received with Romanian or Hungarian UBGLs if I'm not wrong. At the time Israeli-Turkish relations were at a high unlike its complicated nature now. Even our strained relations with Turkey started quite recently after their coup attemp when Erdogan went crazy

oye...mere INSAS ko kuch mat kehana...

whatever issues you have read about it were long solved and new Excalibur version is doing great...although its army's requirement to shift from 5.56 to 7.62

the battle between 5.56 and 7.62 is ages old and matter of debate among global infantry experts
