@Johny_Baba SSS defence did stablish a joint venture with a Brazilian company for production of ammunition is army getting ammunition or is the venture even running
I have no idea about it, but honestly it's one of the few things worth support from their side.
Then again where it goes only future can tell.

Basically lean forward slightly in a comfortable position to control the recoil.

To get slightly better result use a vertical grip as you will be able to handle the recoil better and aim too.

Also since it's an AK he is firing either 5.45 or 7.62 AK round which have low recoil in comparison to 7.62 NATO.

There was a video posted here on this thread where Indian army personnels were firing Sig sitting straight and rifle were pointing upwards in diff directions there is no way they could handle the recoil like that that's why a few fell here and there.
If hopefully we start training them too how to hold a rifle... And introduce them to some good quality scopes to fully utilise the round.

Based on the Kalashnikov system. AR "Malyuk"(Baby) (5.45x39).
We Indians had our own Kalashnikov bullpup variant in INSAS bullpup during early times of her, was meant for SF and so,
from one good friend of mine whose father serves in BSF, INSAS bullpup was back then pitched against newly made Tavor and scored well over it in some regards but then some things happen and project was dropped altogether instead our guys decided to fund Tavor's development in hope to get license + ToT back, which we received to make 5.56x30mm variant of CTAR named Zittara but politics got involved again and whole thing was dropped.

This is the only authentic pic of INSAS bullpup prototypes, it seems they're comparing lengths of different prototypes here

Also, one prototype of INSAS carbine

Fast forward some 20 years,
INSAS bullpup came back with more modern looks and stuff (albeit still 'outdated' in many ways) with this
