Ya'll Nibbiars It common practice for the commercial buildings all over Mumbai, May be you are biased due to the MSM fake reports of non existing flooding which have been reduced to almost negilable levela recently. And plus the development is happneing in a area where flooding is unheard of.

360 West, Minerva, Palais Royale all took over a decade to complete. Glad it's finally on it's way to completion.
Unfinished skyscrapers ruin a cities skyline.
Also the upcoming skyscrapers are requiring significantly lesser time to be completed, and much better in design.
