I have a nooboob question. Is there a limit to how many skyscrapers you can build in a given amount of area as to avoid too much weight on the underlying bedrock and avoid the weakening of the bedrock structure that is necessary to support these skyscrapers?

Ya'll Nibbiars 142 meters, 42 floor that's translated to 3.2 meter per floors that's too low height ceiling for a commercial building even the Residential ones now offers much higher height ceiling than this, and with false ceiling it will be too crunched for a anyone. Are they building this for a liliputs?.

A commercial building should have a minimum of 3.75 meter floor to floor to have a effective height clerance bewteen the false ceiling and actual ceiling. And In Residential buildings you don't have false ceiling that much used and even used a shallow one so chalta. But in the commercial ones the false ceiling are used to hide the electrical and the HAVECs unit and other things so they are thick much more distance between the false and the actual ceiling. And it would be a scene to see haw 6 footer work in this building.

Seen one of the Sanjay puri old videos don't knew if still there or not, explaining in details why commercial building need a minimum height if 3.75 to even sometimes Upto 5 meters in some extreme cases.

So shy of 8 Meters to be called a Skyscraper.

Ya'll Nibbiars I hope it's 163 meters overall, because anything short of that's would not be comfortable anyone more with a height of arounfld 6 feet. And with the latest generations height being above 5"10 feet in most cases. The future generations will touch 6 feet in any case.
