Ya'll Nibbiars The Techno Freshworld is planning to develop a high rise residential complex Aakasa at Worli in Mumbai. The project will spread over 0.50 acre of land parcel and comprises construction of two blocks, one sale block of 34 floors and one rehabilitation block of 19 floors along with the parking facility. In Q2 of the FY2023, the project received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority SEIAA, Maharashtra. The work on the project is expected to commence by December 2022. The company is expecting to complete the project by end 2025.
