This and Prestige's Ocean Tower are the beginning of a great new skyline which will eventually come up on Marine Drive.

A sign of victory over the NIMBY anti national elements who installed the archaic CRZ policy and left Marine Drive development frozen for decades.

Ya'll Nibbiars Every Firm has to submit Individual plans before the committee, they will probably employee the Foster, Adrian who have made plans for dharavi on the CSR basis before.

And stay way making new slums has not happend in the MCGM limits since that's 12 years. And other municipal corporations are not tolerant about slums. And that's why the Mumbai, chennai and Kolkata has seen rapid reduction in the Slum population unlike, Delhi and Bengaluru.
