Ya'll Nibbiars yeah 6 Residential and one commercial this will make the 5 acres plot extremely congested.
Next level congestion and density.

Ek toh each tower is 50+ floors.

That's why they've marketed it as a normal Lodha project and not part of their 'Luxury Collection' which would be generally expected in Mahalakshmi.

Wonder when other commercial developers will jump in on that.

Till now we've just got approx 3 office towers from Lodha in New Cuffe Parade.

None of the other big guys showing any signs of starting anything there.

Ajmera & Bombay Realty have a presence in the area, they should do something.

Wonder when other commercial developers will jump in on that.

Till now we've just got approx 3 office towers from Lodha in New Cuffe Parade.

None of the other big guys showing any signs of starting anything there.

Ajmera & Bombay Realty have a presence in the area, they should do something.
Ya'll Nibbiars The ajmera has included commercial developments in their master plans. And the Wadias had planned a series of Commercial skyscraper later converted to residential may he now they can. And even the Omakr 1973 Third tower was a commercial but later become residentials.

Residential is supposed to be easier than commercial as you can sell to customers under construction and get cashflow.

In ICC 1 & 2 only the Wadias have had such a tough time Finding buyers for their residences. Finding it hard to believe they'd have the risk appetite to build commercial right now.

Exactly. You can't change the location, you just have to adapt to it. It was probably a miscalculation on the Wadia's part to launch 3 & 4 BHK. Largely their fault. Didn't do enough market research.
