Good to see that they are bringing a Methalox Cryo-engine for an SSLV (as AgniKul building it's own semi-cryogenic engine).

In future, the engines can be scaled by ISRO or these companies themselves creating Indian equivalents of SpaceX and Blue Origin.
What we need a heavy class vehicle capability, which able to lift > 15t payload and can travel directly to mars. As of now we only take payload to GTO and then we do maneuvers.

Skyroot's Methalox engine is electric pumpfed engine like Agnibaan's Agnite engine, not a turbopump fed engine like CE-20,Vikas.....but Skyroot do have plans for a larger turbopump fed engine

There are multiple projects for 20-25 tonnes HLV within ISRO.

But private companies need mostly 8-10 tonne class rocket for their commercial operations only unless they start to launch experimental missions of ISRO and foreign agencies.

And no, a 15 tonne LEO capacity launcher can't take spacecraft directly to Mars. Nor India needs to go directly to Mars now as we barely are going to launch a Mars mission in 10 years. ISRO priorities are perfecting soft moon landing, space docking and human spaceflight which are more critical and urgent pieces of tech.

I have a doubt about the liquid engine, the nasa engines used in shuttle programs had small veins run through their nozzle to keep the extreme heat under control also it'll be warm when it reaches the compressor.

This is my doubt,do all cryo engines need such (vein)system?
It's called regenerative cooling, yes almost all liquid engines need it
