This might not be a big deal for India but it's a big deal for a private company. It's even a big deal for so many countries. Skyroot developed a suborbital launcher on it's own and parameters remained normal to be a base of its 500 kg launcher which is indeed a big deal for countries like Iran, Pak, NoKo and BD. Excitement and advertisement is justified here.
