Mangalore although an important coastal city with a lot of residential skyscrapers built and under construction, it remains to be seen that will an expensive office project like this be built successfully or not.

Builder is Westline who is already building the tallest residential building in South India aka Westline Signature in Mangalore so high chances it will be built.
