>All air travels notified to evacuate passengers.
>NSA asked a list of all Masjids in the valley so they can be prevented from making a ruckus.
>UAPA passed to nab any stone peleters, rioters, political dissents and Government employees.
>School, College suspension so as to avoid injuries to student.
>RR Smoking out terrorist like never before. Hence acting recklessly as well so more Casualties may occur.
>Aim is to avoid a situations like in the nineties where terrorist took advantage of political instability.
>COA coming to Kashmir tomorrow.
>Congress silence, notice they won't bark till the process is going on. Depending on end results they will react.

Further speculation.

I would be pleasantly surprised if it happens now. During the election time, Amit Shah had said that they did not do 35A and 370 repeal because of lack of majority in RS.
Now BJP will have a stable majority by 2021. So, the decision may be postponed till then.
On the other hand, it has already demonstrated its skill during recent parliament sessions. It might use this as a majority to execute its plan of taking out 35A and 370 now.
If done now, they will have a far greater chance of keeping them permanently relegated to history.

BSF enters Bhaderwah for first time since 1990. It seems there are going to be many first's this time.

Also, I agree with @ezsasa, even if all this is for nothing, a key takeaway from this incident/whatever you call it as, is the rapid deployment of troops no matter where they were stationed.

I don't think it has been cancelled though. Even the order said "curtail". I think they want the Yatris to not loiter in the state and comeback as soon as the Yatra is done+ discourage any new Yatris.
