Well I remember an Urdu newspaper reported in early 2016 quoting a security source there were 900 civilian deaths on Pakistani side of LoC since 2001.
We know Pakis reported ~100 civilian deaths since Sept 2016.
So based on that 1000 civilian casualties appear to be for 2001-17.

I think Paki Army casualties are something approximately like this:

2001-2003: 180 killed.
2004-2015: 60 killed.
2016 onwards: 60 killed.

In the 2001 --2003 period they lost many more soldiers
That was a real war like situation with 155 MM Bofors Being used

India hit them so hard that Musharraf came Begging for ceasefire

BAT is strictly for localized action.

Those who intrude into the valley is the part of ongoing residue of operation Gibraltar and what you saw in 90's. Where CAD hires SSG and trains them further and then havildars and sepoys or subedars are part of tango team to enter Srinagar and areas. This is what RR - Para SF fighting with.
