Warning: Very long background before addressing the actual issue in the hand.

Though I have a very strong opinion that India has become too big to be worried about how the rest of the world perceives it. Also, we have faced worse than this; being under continuous sanctions and Americans and its poodles favouring Pakistan all the time we are quite confident about our immunity.

We never budged, but suffered.

The difficulty with Indian thinking is the prevailing colonized leftist mind and the emotional liabilities which indulges us to see things in binary or black and white.

Little Diplomatic tractions still become a hot potato for us to handle that we lose our direction and start wrapping things up.

Now with the rise of competitive politics which was otherwise subservient to Congress-I and its leftist feeders. India has started to become assertive even before Modi. The most important feature of this competitive politics came out to be our ability to handle complex things.

Great men hang around complex things and make them simple to win; Ordinary look for simple to then relinquish handling complex.

So the act of balance that India always invested was very complex. The balancing is an ornament of the brave and intelligent. Cowards can not balance but walk on their knees and become protectorate for the bully. The dichotomy between current dispensation apart from its alacrity to manoeuvre and Congress-I is that the latter's balancing was inflicted with compromised strategic restraint and former's is attributed with preemptive assertiveness.

Now coming back to the issue in hand if the assumptions are to be true then I must say that behind all these posturings there is a Chinese angle to it. It is not their inference or alliance of any sought with Pakistan against India but their methods we are trying to replicate the way they handle their internal affairs, especially of strategic nature. One of the cardinal features of their handling their problem is the cultish implementation of their laws.

Be it is China or USA or anyone else. They all are here for the ruins.

They are watching us and we know it.

Thanks to our forefathers who imbedded many safety nets that protected us from Nehru's blunders, Indira's psychotic arbitrariness and Gandhi family's treachery.

From the Document of Accession to many remedies available in our constitution, we criminally kept looking at the tangents like secularism and other whore house lexicons to describe and analyse this Kashmir problem. Not only that, we kept concocting this issue with problems happening in the rest of the country to fertilize it further but also outsourced it to UNO.

Going back to my 1st paragraph: We may be immune to the external pressures and perceptions, we know how to handle complex relationships, have mastered not to suffer without budging and started talking about military expeditions outside using the same bullies but these inferences can be serious distractions, deleterious if not handled by nationalist governments, have the potential to undermine our laws and on top of that they are used as virtual signalling to instigate India's enemies within and outside.

Now with a nationalist government in power, it is the high time to use these remedies and establish the writ of our laws.
