They don't want war for genuine reasons -

• Their economy is in doldrums
• China is busy in Hong Kong and trade wars
• USA elections coming and they are everywhere
• Pakistan internal political situation is worst
• Attack on Amrullah saleh so he won't sit back ideally
• No elections in India soon and if we gain anything we can hold because "Winter is coming"
