Looks like CAPF are there to relieve RR from day to day patrol and policing duties which has been bogging down manpower. RR can re-focus on its historic role of conducting targeted and unrelenting COIN and Anti-Terror Ops

Also if M2000's are back in the North then Republic of NOTAM will surely go into effect again
