I don't know when the elections in Kashmir going to happen, but looks like they are soon to happen in October or Nov so they want to fix the state and prepare it for elections, Nothing else.

Why doesn't SC call their bluff? Why don't the opposition parties do it? SC which is controlled by the Congis are blocking it waiting for BJP to override it so that it can be painted as acting above law. None of the BJP leaders ever said in any of the rally that they would build the Ram Temple. They have time and again said that the issue of the Ram Janambhoomi which was in back burner would be pursued if they come in power. Same has been written in both of their manifesto. So a educated person who knows how politics work would go by what is declared in manifesto.

But there is no dearth to people who gets carried away by what the supporters shout at election rally. "Mandir Wahi Banega" slogan was given by Hindu activists rather then BJP. But people like @HariPrasad-1 would take it as election promise of BJP.

I agree that we must have a separate cadre including for the BSF and especially for RAW and IB but that’s for the future. For now, the process is the correct one followed.

Only Srinagar? There are scores of mosques coming up at the IB and the interiors of Kashmir with blaring loudspeakers that spew hate and wahhabism, brainwashing the locals to take up arms to fight against the 'infidel' Hindus.

Why is no action being taken against them? We need to nip this in the bud or things may well get out of control in the near future.

What Poor @Chinmoy doesn't understand that that a commitment in election menifesto is a much bigger commitment than any rally speach No 1 and No 2 invariably all BJP members have always supported building of Ram temple at Ayodhya. Infact, it was a BJP Nara that Ram Lala ham ayenge, Mandir vahi banayenge. Not only that, but BJP also maintained carry out an all India Yatra to build temple as well and make BJP a Mai stream party. Narendra Modi managed this Yatra headed by Advani. So @Chinmoy is not only perceiving it wrong, but he is factually incorrect or he is lying in order to be loyal to individual and not to ideology.

I have an honest question to those who thought BJP would make Ram Mandir if they came to power in 2019. Did you guys really think it'll happen?

It'll cause a veritable shitstorm that'll involve the International media and politics, UN, the usual internal suspects. There will be riots and maybe even a civil war supported by Communists and Congress and other fringe regional groups. This will be the issue that will fracture public support in the still nascent unprecedented public support for right wing governance.

BJO first needs to take over a few more problematic state assemblies and particularly contain fallout in Kerala and Bengal. Then it needs to instill into the minds the new normal. Only after that, can Ram Mandir be proceeded with.

I voted for BJP from Bengal not because I thought they'd make Ram Mandir but because we needed them at helm for other things. And with an Iran invasion that seems more likely, geopolitics will undergo major changes and I'd rather have a right wing nationalist party at helm rather than what we would have got as an alternative...Papp politics.

That said, I'm feeling betrayed by BJP due to their policy decisions recently.

Right now this is true. However, once a healthy RS majority is secured, BJP must do whatever it takes to restore the temples at Ayodhya, Mathura and Kashi. If the Supreme Court tries to interfere, cut the cocksuckers down to size (and even if they don't interfere, do it anyways).

Long overdue; ideally all mosques and madrassas in India should come under Government oversight like some European countries started doing over the last few years. Hardliners should be shut down, foreign preachers (unless preaching ultra peaceful/tolerant shit) should be kicked out, and foreign funding for mosques should be completely banned.
