Yes, finally found suitable meds, now its in much control.
Saying this just as a fellow forum member.. maybe you already know this..

Do NOT ever stop the meds all of a sudden (by any trigger of own mind or any friendly advice). If at any stage of life, someone wants to come away from the meds, a gradual tapering off process has to be planned

There could be side effects of meds. Both physical exercise and yoga may help to mitigate side effects in physical and spiritual way :)

Eat walnuts daily. A new study published about a week ago described adults eating walnuts regularly had 28% less depresssion than those eating other nuts. Exercise at least 30 to40 minutes daily, limit exposure to the electronics, find something purposeful to do daily.

Find a decent chick, settle down and breed her for both your parents grandchildren. You won't ever need meds. Most depression is from isolation.
Apologies but depression is 100% a mental health issue and not an isolation issue . Poor Mental health is usually a result of chemical imbalances. Please please continue to seek your doctor and the medication they prescribe .

India to upgrade surveillance on China border
At present, ITBP has only two such systems. LORROS costs more than Rs 2 crore per system.

NEW DELHI: India is going to upgrade its surveillance system along China border with the purchase of at least 25 more long-range reconnaissance and observation systems (LORROS) to monitor the border areas more effectively, this newspaper has learnt.

The Indo-Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), which guards the 3,488-km-long high altitude border stretching from Jammu and Kashmir to Arunachal Pradesh, will get the hi-tech system installed at crucial border outposts to get real-time footage of activities along border areas. At present, ITBP has only two such systems. LORROS costs more than Rs 2 crore per system.

The move comes amid growing concerns over the Chinese military build-up along the border areas, especially along the Eastern flank. The go-ahead for procurement of LORROS was given by the Ministry of Home Affairs just a few days ahead of March 10, when the model code of conduct came into effect.

A senior government functionary said, “LORROS are used for monitoring difficult terrains by the armed forces and they have been of great use. ITBP had been pushing for more LORROS for quite some time, as they are the best equipment for detecting activities during bad weather and night time. MHA has given clearance for ITBP to have LORROS in at least 25 border outposts. This is a good decision as the LORROS will certainly be of great use.”

The ITBP is deployed in some of the most inhospitable terrains, with their border posts ranging between an altitude of 9,000-18,500 feet. The forces battle thin oxygen levels and a continuous threat of blizzards. The hi-tech system can be installed on the ground, on vehicles or on watchtowers. LORROS consists of a combination of different types of sensors and imagers that can detect and track human as well as vehicular movements. The system can detect humans at a minimum range of 10 km and vehicles at 20 km.

They always do it...based on specific intel input that some major infiltration or BAT action expected. In old days (1980's and early 90's) they used to conduct single team deep patrols into the mountains to flush out hiding militants. Sometimes these were conducted along LOC in areas known for infiltration due to heavy forest cover

Have the skirmishes stopped since March 20 ( last post above ) or have the posts moved on somewhere else?
Similarly, the counter terrorism thread has been suspended for some time. Pulwama and its aftermath are surely not the only issue that needs enlightenment.

Para SF and MARCOS utilizes C-90 90 mm disposable, shoulder-fired and one-man operated rocket-propelled grenade launcher (RPG) .
